Smart Scale FAQ
Yeah it does! All Azumio apps sync with the Apple Health App. To sync your weight with the Apple Health App, go into "Devices & Apps" located in Settings, and tap “Connect.” From here, you will be able to allow Argus or any other Azumio App to read and write various health data to the Health app.
An Azumio app must be open on on your device to sync and save your data. For more help with setting up and using your scale please see our setup guide.
The units displayed on the scale is determined by your unit configuration in your Azumio App Profile. You can change your units by going into app settings and scrolling down to "Units." From here you can choose between Metric/US.
This means that the scale is having trouble gathering your metrics. Make sure that you are stepping on the scale barefoot, and check that your height, gender, and birthday are setup in Settings. For more help with setting up your scale please view our setup guide.
If you would like to share your Azumio Scale with your household, we recommend that each user has their own Argus account on their own device. After a measurement is taken, the scale will automatically send the data to the closest device with the Argus app open. There’s no complicated pairing needed, but do make sure that bluetooth is enabled on your device!
We recommend that measurements taken on our scale do not exceed 400 lbs (180 kg).
We recommend using a damp washcloth to wipe down the scale. When necessary,
glass cleaning product may be used to clean the surface of the scale.
We only ship domestically at this time.

Yes! You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number enclosed as soon as your item ships.
You have up to 14 days from the delivery date of the scale to return it. To request a return, please email us at email@example.com with the following information:
- Email subject: "Scale Return Request"
- Order id number (can found in confirmation email)
- Reason for return
Note: Initial shipping cost when order was made will not be refunded.
Unfortunately orders cannot be modified, but you may request to cancel and place a new order.
